Professor Williams has been an Associate Research Professor at Trinity since 2008. Her mission here is to engage undergraduate students in lab research.

Her work is funded by the National Science Foundation under the Research in Undergraduate Institutions (RUI) program.

She is dedicated to spending one-on-one time with her students, helping them to pursue independent work, learn laboratory techniques, and experience the excitement of discovery.
